Mehrrotor-Trockenm\u00fchle, wurde von unseren deutschen und britischen Technikexperten gemeinsam entwickelt. Sie erm\u00f6glicht nicht nur hocheffizientes Mahlen, sondern bietet auch hervorragende Trocknungs-, Dispergier-, Depolymerisations- und Modifizierungsfunktionen. Ihre vertikale Welle ist mit mehrlagigen Rotoren ausgestattet, bis zu zehn Lagen. Jede Rotorlage verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber mehrere gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig verteilte Schaufeln, die durch benachbarte Schaufeln wabenf\u00f6rmig angeordnete Schlitze bilden. Die gr\u00f6\u00dfte M\u00fchle besitzt 1600 Schlitze. Bei hoher Rotordrehzahl erzeugt der Luftstrom in den Schlitzen eine turbulente Str\u00f6mung. Die M\u00fchlenauskleidung ist \u00fcblicherweise gewellt oder mehrzahnig, was die Ausbildung der turbulenten Str\u00f6mung f\u00f6rdert und gleichzeitig die Mahl-, Scher- und Sto\u00dfkr\u00e4fte
